The Design department thoroughly inspects the artwork and the design.

The merchandiser, quality check team, and the factory manager together proceed
to ensure the versatility and practicality of the approved design.

With a detailed checklist, the embroidery piece is prepared. Post that, the durability,
colorfastness, volume, counts & many other parameters are verified to assure accuracy.

A quality approved piece is sent to the client for their feedback and suggestions.
Once approved, it undergoes another round of quality checks.

Unfinished and finished garments process and quality checks
a. For an unfinished garment delivery, the piece is sent for final packaging.
b. For a finished garment delivery, the piece goes through a further tailoring process.
It now undergoes a final quality check process ensuring the finishing & durability of the
stitch.

Before the final dispatch of the order, each piece is checked for packing damages.
